Mine is five but there is no poll option for me.
Ten business days, so 16 days off including weekends.
They shut down for a week so we all had to take that week off. So I took the week before shutdown off too.
After having done that, I’d rather do two separate one week vacations vs a single two week vacation.

I think the point is that the options are “Less than five days” or “Six to ten days” but nothing if it’s exactly five days. Oops.
Back when I lived in the US, my longest vacation was probably five working days (plus holiday and weekend days over the Christmas break, to extend it to whatever). Now in the UK, I get 25 days off standard with the option to rollover or buy vacation days up to a total of 38 per year. And I’m off on a two-week vacation starting Wednesday, and will probably do another two-week one over Christmas (plans pending). Yay for Europe!

I have 35 vacation days a year, which is the maximum once I reached 25 years of service. I also have 24 hours of state-mandated “sick time” for doctors appointments and the like.
I have seniority in the office so I get first pick of when they pass around the vacation schedule for the upcoming year. I usually take the month of May off along with 4th of July and Labor Day weeks.
My longest was nine days without deducting weekends, per the OP. This was built around Thanksgiving week a few years ago, and I only used three of my vacation days. My office routinely closed the Friday after Thanksgiving, and taking off Monday through Wednesday preceding the holiday gave me the nine day total.
I prefer stretching out my fifteen vacation days as much as possible, and routinely take one day before or after a weekend (especially three-day weekends), throughout the year.

Point of clarification—are you asking about duration of travel (you say “trip” in places), or simply the amount of time that I did not report to work due to scheduled time off? For example, I took a couple of weeks off earlier this year after a very lengthy business trip. I spent the first week of that time at home recuperating and doing things locally, and then did a road trip for the second week. Would that entire time count, or just the travel time?

mostly because my company’s summer “shutdown” is the week of July 4, and I have to use vacation days for everything but the weekend and July 4 itself. Unless the 4th is on the weekend, of course.
apart from that, I just use the remainder “onesy-twosy” here and there, usually a Friday or a Monday.
I don’t think I’ve ever gone anywhere on a vacation in my adult life.
I do too. I have what I call vacation ADD. After 4 days or so, the effect starts to wear off and the days blur together. I prefer more frequent, shorter vacations to long ones.
I was on vacation for two weeks and two days this spring, but there were two weekends within that stretch, so it was 12 days of vacation time. Then I was ill right after I got home, so that was 3 days of sick leave on top of it. I was barely in the office for the entire month of May.
I don’t have that much time left to use for the rest of the year. I’m not planning any more long trips until next year and hope I don’t get sick again.
Two weeks plus a Monday Holiday, so 11 - 15 Days.
Once, long ago, I scheduled a 4 week trip with a friend. We barely made it two weeks…haven’t spoken since. So, when I got back early I just went back to work.
Staying strict about it 11-15 days. In the last five years we did do one longer (basically 20 days) but we returned home for one day and I went to work. For the Old Wench it was 20 days in a row; for me it was 14 days, 1 work day, 5 days.
18 days here. August 2015. Would have been 16 (2 weeks + 3 weekends) but the flight home got canceled by some east-coast air traffic control messup that canceled a metric ton of flights that day, so we didn’t get home until late Tuesday, when we’d intended to be back at work Monday morning.
The actual length of my vacation was longer than the 10 vacation days that I took off from work. I was out doing vacationesque things from July 26 to August 10 one year, but some of those days are weekend days when I don’t work anyway. So it was a 16 day vacation but I “spent” 10 vacation days on it.
I’m saying it that way because it’s not clear from your OP / wording of the poll whether you’re asking how many vacation days, as recognized by an employer, we used in a single vacation or what was the duration of the vacation we actually took.
I have taken many 20-30 day vacations, though not strictly in the last five years, while at the same job.
Three of those were cross-the-USA road trips, averaging about 7,500 miles on each trip. There just isn’t any way to do that in less than three weeks while still stopping occasionally to visit friends and family.
Every American should do a cross-country road trip at one time in their life, just to appreciate the vastness and diversity of the land we live in.
