"America's test kitchen" "hearty minestrone" recipe

Does anyone have this recipe from America’s Test Kitchen? I really don’t want to sign up for a subscription to Cook’s Illustrated (although it is a lovely magazine).

The recipe had few ingredients… carrot, celery, zucchini, possibly cabbage. It had rinds of parmesan cheese, which were removed at the end. It sounded fabulous.
