An example of good, polite modding.

There is a lot of bitching in ATMB about mods modding and crossing lines, splitting hairs, etc. Every so often a mod issues a note or warning that sets a high mark for how it should be done. I’m not concerned with reason for the note. I’m just complimenting the way the mod handled it. The wording is clear, concise and no one questions the what or why of it.

I hope more mods follow suit here. IMHO, this is how it should be done.

He’s one of the best here.

Asimovian is a good moderator, but I don’t find this style of warning unusual among the other mods. In fact I’d say the majority of warnings are couched in polite language. Of course there are exceptions but sometimes they’re warranted. Mods can get exasperated too.

I agree. There are certain moderators who frequently take an aggressive tone or even make direct personal insults while moderating. They are wrong to do it, and should be censured for it. **Asimovian **demonstrates the right way to do it.
