Stouffer’s Tuna Noodle Casserole?

Don’t believe I’ve ever seen that, but Stouffer’s is usually pretty good. (For supermarket frozen entrees, that is.)

I just make the hot dish myself. Easy-peasy.

Even more easy-peasy (and, as frozen dinners go, it is pretty good):

Macaroni and cheese with tuna salad is a wonderful combination.

When I was in England, the landlady at a B&B my friend and I stayed at made us kippered herring for our last breakfast. Awesome!

I ordered some more anchovies from Greece, along with a few tins of octopus, and they were delivered today. I cracked open a tin of the anchovies for lunch - spread some whole grain crackers with tomato pesto and popped one fish on top of each cracker. Divine.

I occasionally get herring in wine sauce (which I prefer to cream sauce), which I eat on Triscuits. There’s something about the saltiness of the herring, along with the onion (I always make sure to have a piece of the onion that’s included with the herring) and the crunch of the cracker…
