Catch the bombs. That’s pretty much it.
High score for me: 875

Meaningless flash game? :dubious:
Kaboom! was only one of the greatest of the early Atari 2600 games from the greatest Atari 2600 game manufacturer, Activision. This game is an absolute classic! I still have it in cartridge form and I still play my 2600 regularly. It never ceases to amaze me how much fun old games can be, especially in the days of games with 100 page instruction manuals and 300 different commands that I can never remember.
Show some respect.
Indeed, my favorite games still include some C64 games. (OK, ok, Creatures 2. But it ROCKED.)
I don’t know if I’m remembering the original bomberman - I think I remember an early rip-off - but compared to that this version seems to have (1) worse graphics and (2) allowing you to move the bucket faster than the bomber.
Still, very good timewaster.
I’m really likeing this game. Although it would probably be easier if I wasn’t using a laptop. (no mouse)
Fun little game. I made 3524 my first try .
Still got a ways to go to get on the high-score list though. 150,000?
Gah! Seriously? I didn’t know! Bows down in reverence
I didn’t mean to bust your chops that hard, but this was a seminal game in my childhood. Hell, I worked hard for my Bucket Brigade patch.
Speaking of the famous Activision patches, which ones did you guys get back in the day? I got most of them, and then my mother threw them away.
