Let’s see here: bald eagles are as endangered as humans, the honeybee, and the common mouse. The tribe wants to kill two, and has waited four years for government permission because… because… well, there doesn’t seem to be a good reason.
My vote is with the tribe. There is absolutely nothing wrong with killing very limited numbers of animals that are not endangered or threatened.
