ok, so we have this pride (?) of feral kittens running around. so the missus gets the genius idea that we trap them, get them fixed and then see if we can adopt them out. i am being very successful in that regard, btw (catching them - although the front bedroom is a mess).
so two questions. if they are just as wild as mad hatters and are basically just wonks can you semi domesticate them?
second, what in the world do you do when you nab a big skunk and a baby?
the last question is a little more pressing at this time.
Cats: How old are they? If they’re really young (vintage 2010) they’ve got a pretty good shot at being tamed. If they’re adults (vintage 2009 or older) then … no, probably not. In that case, you could consider trap-neuter-release, the idea being the neutered ferals create a little colony, and drive away other (un-altered) cats, thus keeping the local population from exploding.
