21 of 24. I was misled on one where they added an accent to a vowel in a drug name. I didn’t recognize it as a Tolkien name, but I figured no antidepressant would have an accent and its name.

I avoid recommending or prescribing escapism for my patients. 
Escapism probably would help them be less depressed, though!
I also got 16 out of 24. The drug names I missed were drugs that were never marketed in the U.S., or haven’t been used for many years.
(And sildenafil isn’t really an antidepressant, although if it’s effective, it could certainly improve one’s quality of life. It’s better known as Viagra.)
I got 17. I’ve never seen or read LotR. I knew some of the meds and usernames, and the rest were fortunate guesses.
I’ve read LOTR many times, I know a lot of old anti-depressants – and I still guessed the whole thing (12/24) apart from Bilbo. It’s the way I read: I read sentence meaning, and don’t notice the words. I don’t have to know the names of the characters, I certainly don’t have to pronounce them, which is just as well, because my mind doesn’t work that way (which is a bit of a problem when dealing with neighbours, housemates, or distant relatives).
