Our company is dropping Aetna/US Healthcare, and we have to choose between Oxford and First Health. Anyone have any experiences with these, to warn me about?
I’ve no experience with First Health, but Oxford is particularly good. I’ve only had one problem billing them, and they made good on their mistake fairly quickly.
