No, I’m not looking for any advice. I do technical support for a very big brand of professional accounting and tax software. I was speaking with a user yesterday and he seemed REALLY burned out. If he weren’t calling me for any particular thing (which took 10 minutes to tease out of him) I’d be thinking he were high.
