I’ve all but stopped drinking alcohol for medical reasons, but one of my favorites was pairing oatmeal stout with oatmeal cookie/peanut butter sandwiches (like an oreo).
I guess it depends on what you mean by “dessert”, but lots of beers go great with aged cheese.
