Any Fans of "Lum And Abner"

I’m a big fan of Old Time Radio and just started listening to Lum And Abner and found myself mildly addicted to it.

Yet I can’t figure it out why? It’s listed as a comedy but it’s not really ha-ha type funny as in Jack Benny or Burns & Allen, it’s more soap opera like.

So I just thought I’d ask if there were any fans of them out there.

Wonderful world!

CMC fnord!

It’s not guffaw-funny, but I usually laugh.

The public radio station here has an Old Time Radio show on Sunday nights. He used to broadcast Lum & Abner a lot, but I guess he came to the end of the run, because I haven’t heard it in some time. Of course, since we had the kid I’m in the car on Sunday evenings a lot less than I used to be, so maybe I’m just missing them.
