Any movies with both real lightning cast and on screen?

I was watching Platoon the other day, and on the night of their first ambush patrol, there’s a shot of the guys walking through the grass and a big fake lightning bolt crackles out the sky. For the time maybe it was fine, but now it looks like it was actually scratched onto the film.

So I was thinking, I know there are films with real lighting – but are there any with real lightning and some cast members in the same shot? Seems like it would be tough to pull off - to say nothing of risk.

I dunno, but the other day I saw a movie from the 60s in color, but it used the same B&W lightning footage used in the 1931 “Frankenstein.” Sort of the Wilhelm Scream of lightning.

I can’t answer the OP, but I have seen this lightning shot in quite a few things in the '60s and '70s. Don’t know the original source.
