My cat lunged at a bee this morning and most likely got stung (only cause he suddenly took off for no reason) in his paw. Could any complications arise from this. I don’t see a mark or stinger anywhere.
if he limps around for more than a day than I’d take him to a vet. I think it’s theoretically possible for cats to be allergic to bee stings just like humans, but in all likeliness he’s ok. Only reason there might be concern is if you can’t see the stinger and he can’t get it out himself, which is what’d cause him to limp around for more than the time it would take a sting’s swelling to go down.
