Glad you had a good time and hope the hotel was ok. How many times did you have to try the key card before you could unlock the elevator? I travel quite a bit and it still took me a few tries. Seems like every time someone new got on they had problems too.
I also apologize for not telling you how to order an Italian beef… Dipped, Hot for me. I don’t have the appetite for a combo anymore but if you do they are very good.
The wait can be long at Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder, but I think it is worth it.
The city is fun. My son has lived the last few years on the two Loyola campuses (Lakeside near Rogers Park/Evanston and Downtown about 2 blocks from your hotel). He’s been home for a couple of weeks and got the itch to go back already. He left my other son’s graduation and took the train in to hang with friends for a few days.
