I think it was in Florida. A kid was bitten by a shark and almost died of exsanguination. The last I heard was about two months later, and the prognosis was not particularly good. He could follow some motions with his eyes, but that was about it.
Any updates recently???

Looks like it will be years before he has completely recovered.
