Title pretty much sums it up. I’ve got a collection of Visa / Master Card Debit “gift cards” acquired as awards at work and product rebates. (For the rebates, I wish they would just mail a check instead of a plastic credit card!)
Available balances on them range from a couple bucks to $25 (their initial value) Other than going into a store and having the clerk run one card for $4.37, and another at $2.83 and so forth to add up to the full purchase price, what can I do with these things?
Obviously, they issue these things HOPING that the holders will never use them entirely, as they have expiration dates. Any balance not used goes back to the issuer. :mad:
