I’ve tried 1800-contacts but it requires the contacts to be shipped to my optometrist’s office. I moved and I don’t have a new one in my area yet; plus, my eyesight is still the same since my last checkup, so I would just like to order my prescription without hassle.
Huh? I have ordered thru 800 contacts before. It came right to my house and I couldn’t even remember the name of the doctor I saw and they ordered them anyway! Weird…
All SKi, I just went to check out the web site… My contacts (Surevue) are almost half price what I usually pay! This is crazy, have you noticed a price difference from what you were used to??
Just another 1-800-Contacts customer here; the contacts have always been sent directly to my home. They do call my ophthalmologist first to confirm that my prescription is not outdated.
Another thumbs up for visiondirect. I saw this thread and checked the site - my prescription was $20 cheaper than 1-800 contacts per box, for a savings of $40. So I ordered a couple boxes. They shipped a little slower than 1-800, but I can handle that for that kind of savings.
