My wife carries, and right now she just puts the weapon in the inside pocket of her jacket. This will work till it gets warmer. We got her a photographers vest the other day. Similar to the tactical jacket linked above, but not specifically designed for CCW. Also only cost $18 instead of $60. She wants to try one of the belly bands but haven’t decided which one yet. For comparison she carries a Springfield Arms XD subcompact 9mm.
When I finally get around to getting my CCW I will probably wear a vest with a shoulder harness. I sit too much, and the inside the pants holsters are just not comfortable for me.
I have a CCW. I usually just leave it in my car, but when I carry I throw it in my purse during low-stress daytime situations and during high stress or dangerous situations, I put it in my back waistband (yes, I laugh about accidentally shooting myself in the butt one day  ). I carry a S&W silver hammerless featherweight .38 special for the record.
I was thinking about it while running this morning - that’s one time when I really would like to carry concealed, and it seems like the most pain in the ass thing to do. I mean, I’m wearing all this specially-purchased clothing to reduce chafing and weight and wick sweat away efficiently and everything, and carrying a gun would completely screw that up. Is there anything designed specifically for that? Particularly the sweat-wicking. Also, I don’t see how it could be done without printing, as the sweat wicking part doesn’t work well without fitted garments. Surely somebody does it, though?
