Today is the deadline to submit a <10 second clip for Gmail’s YouTube video.
http://mail.google.com/mvideo.html has the instructions…
It’s a pretty fun project–you print off a pdf of their “M-velope” and then make a video showing it traveling. It has to enter from the left of the screen and exit to the right of the screen but other than that it’s up to you what you want to do with it. There are a ton of clips already up: http://www.youtube.com/video_response_view_all?v=VfDW7qAdFGk
I submitted mine tonight but I’m irritated with the way that YouTube gakks up the video quality. It’s all pixelated and fuzzy looking, even though it’s pretty crisp and nice in the original file that I uploaded The video quality alone will probably disqualify it from making it into the final video, but here it is, anyway: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izh6wSRlljE
Anyone else do one? If so, linkage!!
