Anybody know how to get a new SIM card from Cingular?

I got a spiffy new Blackberry Pearl from Cingular, but the SIM card it came with is broken (physically) and won’t work, so I can’t activate it. I can use the SIM from my old phone, but that doesn’t have the Blackberry network doohikey on it, so right now my cool new Blackberry is just a plain, lame-ass cell phone.

I’ve searched high and low on Cingular’s website and can’t figure out how to get them to send me a replacement SIM card. Has anyone ever achieved this feat before? Bonus points if you know how to do it without having to talk to some guy in India.

We went to our local Cingular store and got one replaced.

See, that’s why I love this place. I hadn’t even considered that, and there’s Cingular stores all over this damn town.
