This info has to be compiled in some publication somewhere but unfortunately I don’t have access to a research library at the moment.
Between 1890 and 1901, the War Department put out a publication called “The War of the Rebellion: a Compilation of the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies”. You should be able to find casualty reports there, and it’s on the web. Unfortunately, you’ll be able to find a lot of other stuff there, too, so actually finding the information you need might be tough.
