I’m looking for both general service members and for fighter pilots. Also any information on similar requirements for civilian pilots would be appreciated. As always, cites are appreciated.

I am not going to be much help here as far as cites and statistics, but I used to collect Marine Corps stuff. From memory, I recall looking in old recruiting manuals/pamphlets and seeing height/weight requirements in there.
Cites are appreciated but not necessary; right now it’s just random curiosity that’s motivating me, though it may turn into a story.
