Anybody playing Wordament?

Wordament is a Microsoft game that is basically like playing Boggle against the entire internet. Everyone in the game plays the same game board at the same time and then after each round you see how you rank against everyone else in the game. I first discovered it after buying my wife a Surface for Christmas, then later discovered that they have an Android version that I could put on my phone.

It’s interesting, and admittedly a little depressing at times, to see how I compare to other players around the world. I average about 35-40 words per round and am amazed that there are people that regularly get 90-100 words per round. The highest ranking I’ve managed to get is 17 (97%, IIRC), but usually I’m somewhere in the 70-80% range.

Anybody else playing?

I wasn’t, but I love Boggle so I’ll try to remember to find this when I get home. Thanks for the tip! I regularly win games with family, but I doubt I stack up very well compared with the best in the world.

I installed it, and it seemed like a really fun game, but it crashed constantly for me. :frowning:

Windows or Android? (Maybe it doesn’t matter.) I got an alert on my Android phone recently that there was an update available, but when I went to install it, I noticed several comments mentioning that it was not behaving well, so I stuck with my current version, which I rarely have trouble with. My wife has it on both her Surface and her Windows phone and hasn’t mentioned any problems, but I don’t know if she is running the latest version or not.
