Anybody used the Jansport warranty?

They have a lifetime warranty and will repair or replace a backpack that has broken down under normal conditions.

I’ve got a backpack that split a seam after being, shall we say, very efficiently packed (or stuffed to the gills) while on vacation.

Have you sent your backpack in? What do you think my chances are? Should I bother?

I used to work for an outdoor store (Eastern Mountain Sports) that sold Jansport. Customers would bring in their bags in HORRIBLE condition. We sent them to Jansport, and they repaired or replaced all of them, no problemo.

In other words, send your bag back. It’s worth it.
