I have a pair of frames I love. I decided to get replacement lenses from LensFactory. They took longer to arrive than expected, but that was ok. The problem is the left lens is jacked up. I’m not sure if the rx wasn’t correct, or if the PD is off. But I see double out of the left lens. I have the same rx in another frame- no issue. The right lens is completely fine. I have emailed customer service, but am worried I am basically out nearly $200 for very poor quality work. Has anyone else tried LensFactory? Did you have any issues? Were they resolved?
