Reading between the lines of android’s profile, I suspect that he might support Man U. Not only because he lists m-u-f-c.co.uk as his homepage, but because he is based in Chicago and people’s propensity to support United increases with their distance from Manchester. Every second person I know in London claims to support Man United and the rest support Arsenal.
I was told by an Englander that I should root for Chelsea in Premier League. She said that rooting for Man United or Arsenal would be equivalent to rooting for the New York Yankees or Mets here. Ick.
