Anyone else watching Young Justice?

I have really been enjoying this show. I was hesitant to watch it when it first premiered because I didn’t like the Teen Titans show from a few years back but this is a worthy successor to the DCU (which is 20 years old if you can believe it). If you miss Justice League et al and haven’t been watching this, catch up. Really good story telling.

I think the most current story line has picked up the story telling, but prior to that, I was wholly unimpressed.

I’ve been watching since the first episode. I’m enjoying season 2 but there’s a lot of stuff going on, and since I haven’t read the comics, I usually follow up on Toonzone to see what I’ve missed. Mostly for who’s who and that sort of stuff, but I want to know more about Conner and M’gann, and Wally and Artemis (yes, the couples) over those 5 years.

I’m pretty pissed about how they handled Rocket, but I trust that the original team will get some sort of screen time together this season.

Yes, and I love it. It’s my favorite animated handling of the DC universe. Yes, I like it more than the Diniverse, which was amazing.

I watch it, but it frustrates me as much as it entertains me. I haven’t watched any of my DVRed Season Two episodes yet - primarily because my DVR didn’t get the premiere, because they changed the title of the show (“Young Justice : Invasion” or something) and it considered it a different program.

As of Season One, though, my issues are :

  • Jesus Christ, Superboy is annoying.
  • If M’Gann says “Hello, M’Gann!” one more time I might smash my television.
  • A dash too much “teen angst drama” for my tastes.

I should have mentioned that myself. The beginning was a bit uneven but it got much better as it progressed and Season 2 even better still.

CandidGamera, I won’t spoil but I will say you should watch your saved episodes (funnily enough I had the exact same problem but saw the premiere on On Demand). I would submit they solved your issues with the show.

Yep, same here. Although the 5-year time jump annoyed me.
