Anyone ever lose a 7 ft tall styrofoam head?

Some kids at Marist College found it for you. :stuck_out_tongue:

Looks like it was in the water for quite awhile. Maybe a 1970’s prop for a fraternity? Seems too big for a theater prop. Someone carved a big block of Styrofoam and then covered it in fiberglass.

Damn, I’ve looking all over it. But since my body has no eyes I can’t find it.

No, I lost a different 7 foot styrofoam head

You’d be surprised.

Coney Island prop driven upriver by the hurricane, caught in a snag and finally floated loose?

Finally they found Jimmy Hoffa, who was a much bigger man than people remember.

No, all of mine are accounted for. But thanks for asking!

I hate when that happens.:frowning:

So now we know what that metal ball was used to cast.

Who doesn’t remember the time they found the head of the Statue of Liberty on the frozen surface of Lake Mendota in Madison, WI?

Cool. I hope this gets more interesting. Cut it open and find some mermaids!

I find the whole thing hard to swallow.

Liberty Enlightening the World sleeps with the fishes.

Fiberglass-covered? No, the only seven foot head I ever dumped in the Hudson River was bullet holed-covered!

I keed, I keed

My money, as always, is on “time machines and lizard people.”

Forget the head. I’m still looking for the rest of the body.

It was those damn dirty apes, I wager, wouldn’t put anything past them…

Could easily be a theater prop. I’ve got a 12’ tall fist and a pair of 10’ sphinxes.

Is it Bill Shatner’s character from 3rd Rock from the Sun?

I saw the thread title and thought I was in luck here, but my heart sank when I saw the pictures - that actually looks like it’s filled with polyurethane foam.

My styrofoam-filled 7 foot head therefore remains lost.
