You mean that Zotti has been Cecil for many years and that there were a couple of other short stint Cecils before him? Old news.
The wiki article does not mention this. It does allude to the fact that Zotti may be Cecil but doesn’t outright say it. I suspect it was witten by Zotti.

He’s in the category Living people, which has more than half a million members. If I had a Wiki page, I’d be in the category too. So – not really a coincidence.
