I’m not old enough for this, but I have seen my dad’s health fail pretty rapidly once he hit his 50s, and I want to avoid that fate.
Aside from the obvious lifestyle changes to slow aging (stress reduction, good diet, exercise, good social connections) has anyone worked with a doctor to create an anti-aging regimen to slow the chemical and biological aspects of aging? What were the effects?
If anyone did, did you use pharmaceuticals (testosterone replacement, HGH, etc) or did you stick to supplements (CoQ10, ALA, ALCAR, phosphatidylserine, DHEA, etc)? Did it help with energy, strength, flexibility, etc?
