Anyone familiar with Pure Synergy Superfood Blend?

I’m beginning my journey back to good health after over a year of neglect (marriage, pregnant wife, new job, new city, birth of first child… whew), I’ve been researching multi-vitamins/superfood blends to help in addition to exercise and healthy diet. Has anyone ever heard or researched the product Pure Synergy Superfood? Of all the blends I’ve read about this one seems to have the most credible manufacturing practices and ingredients.

Here is a link to the main product and gives a detailed breakdown of the ingredients. Any insight or recommendations for similar products are greatly appreciated!

Not sure why this was reported… This is a legitimate question and I am in no way promoting, endorsing or selling this product. Basically curious if the general “one-a-day” multivitamin is sufficient or if a product like the one referred to could be more beneficial.

I’m new to this site so please advise on general protocol on postings so they aren’t “reported”.

A common approach of a spammer is to ask about a product they just “discovered”. A better way is to describe a type of product and ask for opinions without focusing on a specific brand.

Besides, if you’ve been researching blends of this type, why do you have to ask about that specific product? You should just research it like you did the others.

Thanks for the clarification. I realize there are people who spam products on these sites. I randomly ran across this site on another topic search and felt it would be a great resource as there are hundreds of members which are certainly more qualified to understand the ingredients in various vitamin compounds.

I referred to this specific product because it was one of the few that doesn’t use the MLM nonsense that others use to sell the product. Forget I referred to the product specifically and feel free to post about superfoods or multi-vitamins in general. As I mentioned in my original post, just looking for an effective product to use while getting back into an exercise routine and healthy diet.

Don’t waste your money. Spend that money on healthy foods and habits and focus on your lifestyle choices.

Yup. The consistent result of the studies are that diets that consist of large amounts of real foods high in all those good phytochemicals and antioxidants have all sorts of beneficial outcomes, but that supplements do not. Much better off spending the same money for the variety of quality
real foods that are healthy.

things like that make your wallet thinner.

learn good eating habits for the long term. if people had not in the past we would be dead as a species.

a bushel of vegetable goodness in a pill is a scam. your body has been produced by evolution to exist with bulk food and fiber.

I’ve been looking into superfood blends and I’m considering that product you asked about. It looks like one of the better ones out there with lots of herbs and medicinal mushrooms. I eat a very healthy diet (lots of veggies, fresh juices, fruit, grow a lot of my own produce, plenty of lean protein, no refined carbs, glass of wine once and a while, don’t smoke, and get plenty of exercise) and I still don’t feel 100%. That’s why I’ll keep trying supplements and superfoods. There are loads of different companies selling these products. A lot are junk but many are probably good. To make a blanket statement that they’re all no good just seems ignorant and ignores thousands of years of Western, Chinese, and Indian medicine not to mention hundreds of
current studies showing many of the ingredients to be extremely healthy.
