I’m getting Adobe Indesign CS3 installed on my work computer later this week. I do a bit of graphic design work for my office, designing invitations to events, some brochures, etc. My understanding is that I will be much, much happier w this software compared to my experiences w MS Publisher, which isn’t even supported by our printing vendor.
My question - will I be totally lost w Indesign? I have a very basic understanding of QuarkXPress, which has some similarities to Publisher (with which I am very familiar). Our IT guy thinks I’ll be able to pick it up pretty quickly, I’m curious if anyone in DoperLand has had any experience with it. thanks!
