There´s this sweepstakes in Germany with some tough questions, I solved almost all of them. But this particular one is ticking me off. All the others I could solve with trusty Google. Not this one, the info they give you is just too general. There is a map of the island though, at http://www.geo.de/events/spiele/jubilaeum/06_gross.gif
The info they give you is this: it was first settled by a freemason, the ship Agulhas supplies them from time to time, there are seven local clans, around 130 years ago some prince Alfred visited, the only town is simply called the settlement and it is located about 8000 km from Europe.
