I got this in my email and it stumped me.
IANAD (and I don’t even play one on TV), but I am guessing this might be a pair of bulging biceps.
Not sure it really matches the “anatomical juxtaposition” part, but I think the rest fits.

In a state of contraction? A kiss? That guy needed lessons–a decent kiss is vastly more complex than that…
