Anybody own or have driven a vehicle that has this? I realize this innovation has been out for a long time, and IIRC Honda had a 4 wheel steering car in the 80’s.
I am interested in your impressions from a driving/handling POV,
especially WRT backing trailers.
Well, I drove a Prelude with the 4 wheel steering, and it seemed pretty much normal. The only thing was that in tight areas it really turned on a dime, tighter than you would expect. Of course, that was the intent of the technology. Outside of doing sharp, low speed turns, I never noticed anything unusual.
