I picked it up about a month ago ,and its an 02 with 25k miles on the clock
So I got some questions , since its the first time I have owned an almost new 4 cyl car.
chev cavilier owners , its basically the same car
When its idling , should it surge a bit , or should the tach stay straight on 700 rpms , I believe
And have you noticed that your power band lags from 0-60, seems mine lags out of the hole , but once its up to bout 30 miles an hour it starts to kick in nicely , but that out of the hole performance bothers me slightly , as I need a good kick in the ass , when I am ramping up to highway speed behind some doddler thats doing maybe about 30 miles an hour tops , when the merge lane meets the inside lane and ends , usually with oncoming traffic doing between 65 and 90 mph.
So I am looking for experiences that would say this is either normal , or it needs looked at.
