Anyone use AT&T U-Verse? How's the services?

See, I’ve had the opposite issue: it’s significantly more than my cable. Right now, from Brighthouse I have cable internet that’s 20 mb/s, about 200 cable channels, On Demand channels, and HBO. I don’t have the HD package ($10 more a month) or DVR ($8 more a month) and for this, I pay $114 a month. If I switched to Uverse, my internet would be way slower (12 mb/s is the fastest in my area) and I’d be paying $160+ a month. Well, at least the last time I looked. Part of this is because I have roommates and my house would require 3-4 “boxes”.

I love it. Almost makes up for their crappy phone coverage.

I like it a lot. We had Charter before, POS. Way more expensive for less channels, went out a lot, etc. UVerse isn’t perfect but I recommend it over our other local option, Charter. I’ve never been a fan of satellite, always seemed to laggy to me (menus and such) and I’ve been at friends’ houses when it rains and it always went out.

Although now I am annoyed because I am trying to get into my account to add Showtime and the website is messed up and not letting me. I want it before Dexter plzthanks!

U-verse is the way to go. very good customer service, prices, products, and offerings

I’ll also say that my U-Verse installer was fantastic. She spent more time in my crawl space than I’d ever want to. I should have given her an extra $50 to run some speaker wire down there!

Look, you people are *not *going to change my mind. Buncha shills.

U-Verse is one of the few service experiences of my life that I did not feel at least semi-ripped off when all is said and done.

I couldn’t be happier with it.
mmm

Our Comcast package does that. Of course, it was the first feature I turned off because I didn’t care for it but that’s just me and my relationship with the phone.

OK, I’m a fan of the DVR app - it’s called UVerse Mobile on the Apple app store, if you’re looking for it. I just cleaned put some old recordings while I was on the elevator here at work.

I love our U-Verse! Twice (in two years) we’ve had signal problems, and they came out the next day - (once on a holiday!) and replaced some fittings. The techs are knowledgeable and neat and polite. Even the phone techs!

The only problem I have is that we have three TVs, and only one DVR box. I can’t record in HD, or I start running out of available DVR slots. I had to cancel Hell’s Kitchen’s recording! I watch too much TV.
