Anyone using Getting Things Done?

I get the Lifehacker RSS feed, which is often full of very useful tips, and it seems that all the cool kids are using Getting Things Done and yapping about their 43 Folders and their Hipster PDAs and etc, etc, etc. Well, I was trying to work a sort of tickler file for a while (the SHE thing), and I definately need help in being more productive, especially around the house, and especially if the boyfriend and I are going to go forward with this starting a business thing. So I picked up David Allen’s book today, and I wanted to know, does anybody here use GTD or a modified version thereof? What do you do? Does it work for you? What tools do you use it with? Do you use it for work stuff or home stuff or both? I’d appreciate any insight into the matter.

I Get Things Done by using paper lists, my pda, and my Outlook calendar (work). I don’t know any other way. Is there a link for this think you speak of?

Sorry, I guess I’ve been reading too much about it and wrote an incomprehensible thread!

This is the creator’s website, which has some stuff on it.

Tihs is an introduction to it on 43folders.com, which is a blog and wiki dedicated to the system.

And of course, here is the Wikipedia article.
