my friend has a big problem. yesterday, she couldn’t sign on to her aim account. they said the password wasn’t valid, so she thought that someone changed it, like a hacker or something. so she went to the password request thing, and they said they were unable to process the request. when she tried again, it said she had tried to access it too many times in a 24 hour period. so when she tried again today, the same thing happened. when she called the aol people, they said they couldn’t help her because she wasn’t a paying subscriber to aol. what else can she do to try and get her account back?
I’d just make new AIM account.
Solution: Use ICQ instead of AIM
