.I sent a reading to my son because I had question. I was having a lot PVCs and the watch said my heart rate for the last 10 minutes was below 40. I was not sure I should have taken the thing seriously. His advice go to the ER now! I do not remember how but it was passible to send the readings by text or an email.
Long story over about 5 months, but I owe my life to my apple watch. Without the watch my heart rate could have stopped before I realized something was wrong. And we live in the country. Before medical attention would have been able to get to me I would have begun to get cold.
The last step in my story was being in an emergency room again and the 1st thing they did was to put a pad on my chest and one on my back. The explanation was those pads were for when my heart stopped they could restart the heart faster using the pads. A real wake up moment. I got the 1st operating room and doctor that became avaible for a pace maker.
I THINK SENIOR CITIZENS SHOULD WEAR AN APPLE WACH.
