Apply Security to PDFs, but in a batch

I need to apply identical security settings to about 2,000 PDF documents. I really, really, really don’t want to open each one, set the security, save, and close. There’s gotta be a tool out there somewhere that will allow me to do it once, sit back and let my system do all the work for me.

I’m on a Mac with Acrobat Pro 7.0, but I’m sure I could find a PC with Pro 7.0 if batch software is only available on a PC. I’ve done some Googling but came up short. Please save my sanity and help me do this as a batch!

Hey, nevermind. My Google skills finally uncovered NitroPDF Professional, which did exactly what I needed in a few short minutes, on a free trial even! (no, I don’t work for them, but I’m way impressed!)
