I was hard pressed to decide who’d end up fired, but it looks like it was the right one since Howie, Jim and Bethanny did everything they possibly could in the face of bad decision making.
I don’t think Sarah was necessarily a bad or a weak leader, but I do think she just had no direction and made poor decisions based on that(I balked when she mentioned that she wasn’t concerned about the product). As for Carrie, yea, she was just too under the radar. But, I do think these two were part of why the team won the auctions task. They just faltered at a bad time. Sad, but people did have to go and since these two did the poorest, away they went.
God help me, I’m starting to like Jim.! MAKE IT STOP! But, he is NOT the “male Omarosa”. Jim works his ass off, is very intelligent and can be very efficient, even if he is obnoxious.
Jimarosa is an idiot, but he’s not dumb. He knew they were on the wrong track and said so, and worked hard on what he could.
I don’t think I’ve ever laughed as hard at a reality TV show as I did at their little presentation. What was the chant? Hey hey, ho ho, it’s Tide To Go? I’m really glad I didn’t wake the baby up with my howling.
And I think it was obvious that Sarah was way out of her league. First, she looks like a 9 year old, and second, she acts like a 9 year old. I could have sworn I saw her make a pouty face when someone pointed out her obvious shortcomings in the conference room.
The best part was that she was delusional to the end. The weakest link was Howie? The only one who really came up with any ideas? That was the final nail in her coffin.
What a delicious mess it all was. Can’t wait for next week!
Their chant was even worse:
“It’s Time for Tide To Go! It’s Time for Tide To Go!”
I bet the average person that walked by saw it as some weird protest against Tide, and that it was time for Tide to go and be replaced with some alternative. I know that’s what I thought. Jim’s spastic dancing had me rolling on the floor in tears, though.
That was so horribly bad that I couldn’t stop laughing. And then when the PM at the end said she thought they did a great job and that it would be anoter win for Primarius I got soup up my nose…and I wasn’t even eating soup.
I hate to admit it but Jim did the best he could on this task, he was correct with his criticisms, he wasn’t that obnoxious and he wasn’t the reason they lost. Hopefully he’ll go back to his normal asshole self next week.
Sarah was awful as a leader. She tried to execute the task without any concept or idea at all. Inexcusable.
