In fact, all northwestern states (Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, etc. ) have no kids killed by guns since Newtown. 51 total, none in those states. Gotta be a reason for that.

Makes me wonder…do Canadians ever kill their kids? Allow them to play with guns? Subject them to random gang violence? My guess, is…NO

First, I’ve never heard of some of those states being “Northwestern”. But a 9 year old just got shot in Brampton, Ontario in January. Also, in January, a 12 year old shot his 16 year old brother in Dorval, Quebec. The same month, in Ottawa, there was a murder/suicide, where a woman killed her two children (ages 10 and 6) and then herself.

You also had a 15 year old, who you might not consider a child for purposes of this, shot and killed in January in a stairwell in a Toronto apartment building.

January was a bad month for the murder of children in Canada.
