Yesterday, we bought some Marineland Bio-Blend fish food for the first time. The LFS where we got it (Aquariums Etc., for any KC aquarist dopers) is generally reputable–healthy fish, correct names for fish, no “painted species,” etc.
Anyway, when we got home and looked inside it, there were little whitish bugs crawling around in it. I’m thinking those weren’t put in there by Marineland to supply extra protein. Any ideas as to what those bugs might be?
