Is there any such thing as an aquarium pump that runs continually on a battery? I have seen many of them that kick in if the power goes off, but none that run exclusively on battery power. Does such thing exist? I wouldn’t want it for fish, but for running a fountain.
You could look at marine bilge pumps.
