No, not hard at all. If you really didn’t want to believe, you’d just assume Thor (or whoever) was mistaken or delusional or a huckster. Or maybe just an opportunist, like those emporers that claimed their office was due to their descent from the gods. How many Romans really believed them?
Come to think of it, I might be one of those skeptics. I probably walk past a dozen miracles a day, and attribute them to natural causes.
Heck, when you consider that the existance of superpowers is more-or-less public knowledge, this wouldn’t be too hard to believe at all.
