Sure, cheating at elections has a history, and the decision as to who the voters get to decide between has sometimes been a “smoke filled room” phenom. I mean, how do ya think Dubya got nominated by the Repubs in the first place?

What’s your point? That because cheating has occurred without the use of computer technology in the past, it’s OK to use computer technology to cheat now? Really, I gotta ask – what ARE you thinking?

The guys in the smoke-filled rooms may have picked the candidates, but it was still up to the voters to pick which guy they wanted.

This whole thing is about letting the guys in the back pick the winner, while having the voters believe otherwise.
