Is the “look and feel” lawsuit still a workable thing?
I’ve been using Yahoo!'s new beta mail interface, and the inteface is extremely similar to MS’s Outlook, which got wodering if MS could sue Yahoo as a result.
I haven’t seen any in a long long time. I don’t even recall any where they won the suit. I believe that they faded out because there was a low percentage chance of winning.
