Just wondering, are my Levi’s blue jeans still trendy at all? Do I risk apprehension by the fashion police for wearing them? I’d hate to give them up, but would consider it if I absolutely need to. I’m 30 years old and utterly clueless in these sorts of matters. Please advise.

Well, most woman in your approximate age bracket will find them both attractive and hip. I am including myself in that statement, and I AM the Fashion Police. 
I think most 15 year olds prefer their men with a saggy, “I have a week’s worth of doodie in my pants”, type of look, and will probably find you terribly square. I wouldn’t worry about this, unless you are planning on making time with 15 year-olds, which I don’t want to hear about if you are.

Okay, so maybe the nature of the question and the phrase “fashion police” threw people off a little. I was in a weird mood (which I blame on my small office with no windows) and felt like throwing out a sort-of, but not completely, of-the-wall question.
